Hotel Receptionist

We are looking for a receptionist to join our fantastic team. Here at Gwydyr Hotel we work in a fast paced environment and take pride in our customer service. Our priority is making sure our customers and teams are always looked after. You will need to be able to work well as part of a team and cope well under pressure. You must also be resourceful and be able to react to situations as they arise.

Working hours include weekends.

Main Tasks -

  • Answering telephone calls
  • Taking payments
  • Answering enquiries in person, via email and telephone
  • Generic admin work
  • Ensuring the office is kept tidy at all times
  • Working closely with colleagues and supporting them with any further admin work
  • Basic Hotel Marketing including Social Media tasks

Experience is preferred but training will be given.

This role is Part-time but we could offer full time and meets national minimum wage

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 - 25 per week

Salary: £6.00-£10.00 per hour
