All staff at the hotel, especially our Housekeeping will work to a range of new and stringent cleanliness standards designed ensure maximum hygiene and infection prevention.

  • We have implemented social distancing measures and additional signage throughout the building and request you respect them.
  • Sanitiser points are available throughout the hotel including main entrance and exit areas
  • Common and high use touch points have been identified and enhanced cleaning procedures are in place
  • Hotel information packs have been removed from guest bedrooms and public areas and are available on-line
  • We will ask you on arrival if you require your room to be serviced during your stay – please let us know your preference and we will advise our Housekeeping team
  • Any services provided during your stay will be charged upon consumption - we do not accept American Express or Diners cards, or, currently, cash payment
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
  • We request you make your reservation in advance of your arrival and advise us of your dining requirements
  • We will require full name, address with postcode, contact telephone number and email address at the time of booking
  • If you require to make any changes to your reservation please ensure to contact our reservations team as soon as possible
  • We would request you adhere to the Government guidelines in relation to your stay with us. For further information please refer to https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus
  • We are doing our best to comply with Government advice and keep you safe, with these additional measure in place we request you allow a little extra time for our teams to provide our services
  • If you require to make any changes to your reservation please ensure to contact our reservations team as soon as possible
  • If you feel you prefer to wear a mask/gloves whilst you are staying, please ensure to bring your own supply, we are unable to provide these items

FOOD AND BEVERAGE OFFERING

  • All dining requirements should be booked in advance if required
  • "Grab and Go" breakfast and dinner options are available
  • Our menu offering has been adapted and requires minimal food preparation and handling
  • We have outside areas available for dining
  • Opening times will be adjusted to allow for service respecting social distancing measures

DEPARTURE

  • You will not need to wait at reception for assistance, there will be a key drop facility available for you by the reception desk
  • You will receive a receipt from us by email once you have departed

PUBLIC SPACES

We are going above and beyond our normal cleaning protocols across all our public spaces and high-traffic areas, focusing on key areas such as light switches, door handles and counter tops. Dedicated staff are cleaning surfaces with increased frequency and the recommended cleaning agents.

FOOD AND DRINK

Our on-site Tea rooms will be offering a takeaway service between the hours of 9am and 5pm. We have also launched our takeaway and room service online ordering system available on our website. You can order food, drinks and snacks for collection or room service to help maintain social distancing.

HAND SANTITISATION

We have a range of hand sanitisation stations throughout the hotel and we actively encourage all guests and staff to make use of them as often as possible. Common and high use touch points have been identified and enhanced cleaning procedures are in place

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Signage in public spaces will remind our guests to maintain social distancing throughout the hotel. We have added screens at check-in to provide an extra level of precaution as well as creating a number of one-way walkways to maintain social distancing. We have also sped up our checking in procedure to reduce contact.

GUEST ROOMS

In guest rooms, we have elevated our rigorous cleanliness standards to hygienically sanitise all surfaces with high-grade disinfectants,

We advise guests to use contactless payments whenever possible, larger transactions can be made with a credit card terminal that is disinfected after every use.

OUR TEAM

  • All of our team members have completed all necessary risk assessment, health and safety and COVID-19 training
  • PPE has been provided and is readily available for all of our teams to use as and where required
  • We have adapted our working methods and shift patterns to create a safer working environment

Check in time is from 3pm and check out is 10am, you may request a earlier or late check out for a small fee at reception or by getting in contact with the hotel.

Parking is free and available at the rear of the hotel, spaces are limited to a first come first served basis. On street parking is also available, public car parks near the hotel.

The reception is open from 8am to 9pm check in is available after 9pm but you will need to contact if you wish to check in after 9pm

Yes we do have dinner bed and breakfast rates on request

Dogs are very welcome in the hotel bar and a selection of dog friendly bedrooms. Please note that for hygienic reasons dogs are usually not allowed in the restaurant. We do charge a small fee of £10 for the duration of your stay to allow dogs to stay in a bedrooms. We also have a range of doggie treats and water bowls for free of charge for doggie use.

All prices, unless stated otherwise, are on a per-room-basis.

Every room is non-smoking within the hotel, we have a smoking area at the front and back of the hotel.

Please contact the hotel directly. Our rooms will be cleaned daily, so that your item probably has been found by our housekeeping team and handed into our reception desk.
